Irene is a National Redesign Award Winner and Trainer, Motivational Speaker, Certified Interior Redesigner and Home Stager.

“I’ve always been intrigued how much Design and Color can affect a space and the people living in it. We don’t just change rooms, we change lives!” says Irene.

She has a deep desire to mentor her students to become change agents in homes and offices all across America. Consequently, Redesign Boise recently added a division for creative training called The Color and Redesign Academy. She is passionate about giving people hope and encouragement to strengthen their personal and professional lives.

As a Redesigner and Stager, Irene specializes in working with frustrated homeowners by providing them with affordable rearrangements using their existing furnishings to create beautiful and functional living spaces.

This design trend has been featured on HGTV’s “Decorating Cents.” Irene has over 28 years of experience in the Interior Design, Redesign and Color Consulting fields. From an early age, she has been fascinated with color and design. She was a very creative and energetic child. Her Grandmother put her to work as they redesigned and staged her rental properties. She even found a paper she wrote in the sixth grade titled “How to Decorate for an Extrovert, versus an Introvert.” She has a degree in education and interior design and has taught various decorating classes throughout the United States.

In July 2008, Irene became the first National and Local Dish on Design Instructor. She teaches homeowners a one day workshop called “Decorate Fabulously.” Students learn key principles about decorating their own homes.

Irene is also Idaho’s First Certified Dewey Color Instructor for the Dewey Color System’s “We Make Color Easy” Program. This color based personality testing method can be used in room design to affect mood. It is the world’s first scientifically proven non-verbal personality test. This revolutionary design-décor service goes beyond today’s random color selection. As a Certified Dewey Color Instructor, she trains and certifies Color Consultants. Her students include design professionals, retail owners and workers who deal with color and Home Enthusiasts who are passionate about color.

As a Motivational Speaker, Consultant and Trainer, Irene works with individuals and organizations to sharpen and increase their effectiveness through creative training that results in team building and leadership development. She is an Enthusiastic, Entertaining and Educational Presenter! She has overcome several traumatic losses: loss of finances, loss of control, friendships and stability - moving over 20 times in 26 years, loss of health and loss of hope of ever having her own children. She naively thought that education would shield her from the hardness of life. She tried every “Do-It-Yourself Kit” available and none of them worked! She experienced shattered dreams over and over again. Her perseverance, strong faith and the love of her family has helped her rebuild her life. She is passionate about giving people hope and encouragement to strengthen their personal and professional lives.

Dr. Dan Woodworth: Advisor, Author and Inspirational Speaker
	Dan is well known for his uplifting messages that help thousands of people. He has taught others how to conquer chaos and transform tragedies into triumphs and problems into possibilities for more than three decades. What is unique about Dan’s work is that he teaches from his own personal experiences. With basic choices, attitude and pure determination, he overcame chronic respiratory infections and several near-death experiences to become not only a healthy and happy man, but also a reference point for those who want their best in life. Through love he has conquered fear and shame in his life.

Dan has served as a fisheries research biologist, consultant, teacher, counselor, real estate property manager, ordained pastor and chaplain. These experiences have given him an in-depth understanding of the human dynamics in dealing with hopelessness, lack of goals and passion in life. This diverse exposure has led him to see the other side of those who refused to be held back by their past.

He has a high trust level and is optimistic—important elements in helping people sharpen their mission and develop creative ways to increase their success. He enjoys thinking of creative and innovative ideas to solve or manage any type of problem.

A lifelong learner, Dan earned a doctoral degree in Leadership and Creative Conflict Management. He is the author of Disappointments Transformed into Destiny, a book about adventure, mystery, encouragement and hope. Dan is a proud family man who has been married to the love of his life, his sweetheart, Irene, for 30 rich and rewarding years. They are both blessed with their son, Chris.

	Christopher Woodworth, Senior Associate - DCC Certified Dewey Color Consultant Chris is our all around “technical person” that knows all about computers and the technical side of things for us in our business. He is the one that makes us shine in our advertising, graphics, etc., to make sure the job gets done right. When we don’t know what to do he is the one that advises us on how to get it done with the desired results. His attention to detail has been extremely helpful for our team. He is always amazed at what we can do in making a difference in people’s lives!
